Services Offered
Direct Placement:
We find your driver and they immediately become your employee. You incur a one-time charge for our recruiting services, which includes all standard recruiting and screening costs. This option allows you the benefit of knowing your open position is getting the attention it requires.
Deferred Placement:
With Deferred Placement, the driver becomes your employee for a predetermined amount of time. During the trial period, the driver reports to you, but is on the payroll of Drivers Express LLC. This transition period allows you to get to know the driver before they become your employee. Under this option, our fees are invoiced weekly and include all recruiting and payroll costs. At the end of this transition period, you have the option of hiring the driver at no extra cost. This option is useful when budget is a concern.
Temporary:
If you have a short term or casual need, Drivers Express LLC will provide already screened and DOT qualified drivers on an as need basis. This option allows you to fill your short-term needs without having to worry about unemployment costs. We help eliminate expensive common carrier charges and the need for short notice driver availability.
Dedicated:
Eliminate all of the risks and liabilities associated with hiring full-time employees by utilizing our dedicated drivers. We assume all the risks. You enjoy all the benefits of full-time employees at contract employee prices.
